In Windows, the loading of files from the browser directly into the program is deactivated by default. Our repair tool solves this problem.
Download our RepairTool at: https://customer.alcatech.de/files/AlcatechRepairTool.zip.
Finalize this and execute the file AlcatechRepairTool.exe.
Then click on the "Registrierung" tab and then click on "ausführen" under "User Benutzerkontoeinstellungen Registry".
Also note the instructions in the program.
