Due to the remote capability of BPM Studio Profi 5, some anti-virus programs recognize this function as a "backdoor". Unfortunately we have no influence on the detection process of these programs and can only explain why this happens. You can also enter BPM Studio Profi 5 as an exception in your anti-virus program. Please take a look at Google to find out how to add exceptions to your anti-virus program.
In addition, it is important that you install BPM Studio Profi 5 as an administrator and then always start it as an administrator. You can start the program as administrator either with "right mouse button click on BPM Studio Icon" -> "Run as administrator" or in the properties on "Compatibility" and then on "Run as administrator" (checkmark in). Please note that this is NOT the same as "logging into an administrator account".
