To be able to install BPM Studio, you first have to log into your customer portal.
You can reach this via the following link: https://customer.alcatech.de
Please go to the login via the tab "to customer and license management".
Please use the email address you used when purchasing the BPM Studio.
After purchasing, you received a confirmation email from us, through which you can assign yourself a password. If this has not happened or you have forgotten your password, please use the forgot password function. You will then be sent a new link to reset your password.
After you have successfully logged into the customer portal, you will also see the BPM Studio version you have purchased. If you have acquired several licenses, you will see this here too. You can also find the latest version of the BPM Studio installation file in your customer portal.
With a click on it, it will automatically download the installation file. You can now find it in your Downloads folder on your hard drive.
Now you have to run the file.
Attention: Starting with Windows 10, a message may appear that an attempt is being made to install a third-party program. Please click here on further details and then on execute.
The installation process of BPM Studio will now start.
The installation wizard asks you during the installation where the program should be installed.
We always recommend that you choose the preselected settings.
Of course you can also change the installation directory.
The installation wizard asks you whether the drivers for the control unit and the fader start should also be installed. Here you can decide whether you need it or not. Of course, you can also install this later.
After this has happened, the BPM Studio is already installed.
